The Trafalgar, London ; circa 2012
; this particular picture speaks volumes to me.
Tonight is one of those rare nights, when I come home slightly earlier from work when dusk is just starting to settle on the grounds, and thus have a bit more time to spare for my pastimes. So I’ve put some M-Flo on and whilst I would love a cup of black coffee right now, steaming hot and aromatic, I would have to opt for more sleep as I’ll be travelling tomorrow night and through the weekend. So I’m spending the night listening to the sounds of contemporary Japan [ do have a listen to Orbit-3, Miss You, and Miss You (Free Tempo Remix) especially ], reminiscing about beautiful London, and writing from the summer nights of Malaysia.
I’ve been working very hard the past few months and weeks, and it’s quite difficult to find time to write and such, especially when all I want to do after a long day at work is curl up under the thick covers with a good read, immersing myself in beautiful worlds before drifting off to sleep. But I would definitely love to continue writing often and as I’ve made a commitment to do so, I’ve been coming up with a solid plan to make it work, and same goes for the other aspects of my life.
And so, a toast – to the past few successful weeks which paid off, new beginnings and what’s to come, and most importantly, the love for life and making the best of everything. Enjoy your night, loves.
